One-to-one consulting for brand leaders

Bring me the brand decision you are tired of circling.

You bring one concrete question. I bring more than 25 years of brand strategy, consumer psychology and practical AI — and 60 focused minutes to turn uncertainty into a useful next move.

You do not need another opinion

You have probably collected enough of those already.

You have the research, the decks, the advice from your team and seventeen open tabs about what AI is about to do to your market. What you do not have is a decision you trust.

That is a good reason to talk.

I work with brand leaders when the problem sits between brand strategy, customer choice and AI — where generic advice tends to make a complicated situation sound simple without making it any easier to solve.

We take one decision, examine what is actually driving it and work out what deserves your attention now.

Not a transformation programme. Not a 94-slide strategy deck. A serious conversation that moves the decision forward.

What we can work on

AI is changing how customers discover, evaluate and choose brands. I help you think through what that change means for yours.

Distinctive

Does your brand have a position, voice and story that customers can recognise — or does it sound increasingly like everyone else with access to the same AI tools?

We can work on positioning, messaging, naming, brand architecture, distinctive assets, storytelling and the knowledge AI needs to create communication that still feels unmistakably yours.

Discoverable

Can customers find your brand when an AI system stands between their question and the market?

We can work on GEO, machine readability, content structure, entities, evidence, source strategy and the brand knowledge that helps people and AI understand what you do — and when to recommend you.

Chosen

Being present is not the same as being preferred.

We can examine how customers make the decision, what motivates them, where they perceive risk, what they remember and how your offer, communication or customer journey can make the choice easier.

You do not need to know which heading your problem belongs under. Real brand decisions rarely respect neat category boundaries.

Good questions to bring

  • Is our positioning still strong enough for an AI-shaped market?

  • Why do customers understand the offer but still hesitate?

  • How do we use AI without making the brand sound generic?

  • What should our brand knowledge bank contain?

  • Can AI systems find, understand and recommend us?

  • Which part of the brand should we change first — and which should we leave alone?

  • How should we structure or communicate a new offer?

  • Are we solving a real problem or merely reacting to AI hype?

If your question is not on the list, that is fine. The list is a map, not a menu.

What happens before, during and after

  1. 01

    The brief

Before the session, you complete a short questionnaire and share the context I need. This gives me time to prepare, so we do not spend the first twenty minutes discovering what the meeting is about.

  2. 02

    The session

We meet for 60 minutes on Google Meet. I ask questions, challenge assumptions and help you separate the important decision from the noise around it. We end with a clear recommendation, a set of options or the next question that genuinely needs answering.

  3. 03

    The record

You receive a recording of our conversation, available for seven days. You can concentrate on thinking during the session instead of trying to turn every sentence into meeting notes.

Brand experience before the AI hype. AI experience before the rush.

I have worked in brand strategy since 2000, helping organisations including SONY, HBO and Orange build stronger brands.

Google chose me to teach AI in its Skills of Tomorrow programme.

I am also the author of three books about branding, motivation and storytelling. That matters because brand decisions are ultimately human decisions. Technology may change how customers reach the shortlist. It does not remove memory, meaning, motivation, trust or risk from the choice.

I do not approach your question as an AI vendor looking for somewhere to install AI. I approach it as a brand strategist who understands what AI changes — and what it does not.

Frequently asked questions

Can we solve an entire brand strategy in one hour?
No. We can, however, make one important decision, identify what is blocking it and define the right next move. Trying to solve everything in one session is an excellent way to solve nothing particularly well.
How should I prepare?
Complete the short brief and send only the materials that directly affect the question. I will review them before we meet. More context is useful. More files are not necessarily more context.
Can I bring confidential information?
Do not include confidential material in the first booking message. Once we establish fit, I will confirm the appropriate channel and any confidentiality arrangements.
Is the consultation conducted in English?
Yes. All international consulting sessions are conducted in English.
Can my team join?
This offer is designed as one-to-one advisory for a brand leader. If the decision requires alignment, discussion or exercises across a team, book a workshop instead.
What if one session reveals a larger project?
Then we will know what the larger project actually needs. You can book additional sessions, choose the advisory package or discuss a workshop. The consultation does not lock you into anything else.

Stop circling. Make the decision.

Tell me what you need to decide. I will prepare, ask the uncomfortable questions and help you find the next move you can defend — to your team and to yourself.

Tell me the one question you want us to answer and I will come back with times.
